I've heard a couple of different ideas about low blow and was wondering if you could shed some light for us.

Here are the rumors:


1) Low Blow is bugged and should knockdown. It will be fixed.

2) Low Blow will now be used to just slow down your enemy.

3) Low Blow will now be used to just decrease your enemies accuracy.


Any input would be appreciated.
