First of all, I'm not sure which forum this belonged in, but here goes:

What if you had Avoid Incap on and were spamming Last Ditch?

The way I understand is that avoid incap (a move at master Force Defender) is you can't be incapped for 30 seconds but your health does get low and possibly into the negatives.

There's a minimum amount of health and action required to use Last Ditch, so if you're too low (say just got back from incap) you can't do it. There's also a wait before being allowed to use Last Ditch again so that even if you get healed up a bit it is un-spammable. Cause that would be way too broken.

maybe u can try pointing the gun at the Gurk instead of yourself...
