Thread: Snaring?

After playing with restraining, stopping, and reckless shot, I haven't noticed any difference between the 3(unless I'm mistaken about the purpose of reckless shot). Has anyone else? Most states list the amount of debuff, but these don't.

Anyone? Don't make me shamelessly bump for no reason...

In messing around with my pistoleer friend, it seems like stopping shot roots for significantly less time than concussion shot. Might have a slightly faster refire, too.

Improved Concussion shot. Its just beyond belief with an R3 droid I can keep a creature in one spot ALL DAY LONG! To bad when I kill it I'll only get 1 exp.... I root it, send in the auto repair droid to fight,he gets badly damaged,or the concussion shot starts to wear out. I snare him, and then root it again and shootor send in the droid again. Smugglers are very controling now :-P

Concussion shot is, according to the skill description, supposed to stop from both moving and attacking and break on damage. Like an 'escape skill' really, unlike the stopping shot which only disables movement but doesn't prevent attacking, and shouldn't break on damage (but lasts much shorter because of that).
