I must say that i am very pleased with our new pistol. the Renegade is awesome, a weaposmith friend made me all the new pistols and it is by far my favorite. sounds awesome too. the one i am using is about 471 dps, same as my DL44XT so as for now i am lovin my new toys...

wow...btw, what Combat Level is required, and is it only for the smuggler?

Not sure about the combat level but it is a Master Smuggler only pistol. It is nice having a toy we can call our own. Waiting on Smuggler Revamp for the rest.

I thought it looked like a toy you get out of a dirty catolog

It's Master Smuggler Level 54 so you can use it when you master smuggler.

I was rather disappointed in the Death-Hammer and the Renegade, to be honest. I've yet to find either, Krayted or not, that out-damages/out-DPS's my KraytedDL44-XT. :/

Nice. o.o My DPS isn't that high...but close, I think, around 490 or so. Then again, my only profession right now is smuggler. My final template currently is looking to be Master Smuggler/Master CM/0400 Commando, so it's unlikely my DPS will go any higher.

Im using a HC Scatter with 584 mod. DPS
unpupped

Im so fast with it that I run out of action in 12-15 secs lol
and thats not funny

While I love my renegade (500.something dps unpuped) I have an old fwg5 that does around 550 dps unpuped with a speed of 1.8. The sound of the renegade cant be beat but the action costs kill me. I still use it more though
