Well, I'm sad to say I finally dropped smuggler on my alt. He just didn't have anything to do any more. So I used my final respec to make him a shipwright. Anyway, I have several crates of WUK's and AUK's left over. I just wonder what I should charge for them, as pulling items might convert them to an ICB or other nice item. It's kind of like buying packs of bubble gum cards, hoping to get a rare 'loot card', lol.

My smuggler was Ven-jann on Shadowfire, so send me an email in-game with an offer, orpostan idea herewhat I should charge for them on my vendor.

I'd say you could probably make a few mill of these crates...but I'd leave it up to the trade forums to figure that out. Every server is different.

a couple of recent auctions on kauri show them going for 250k/crate

better for you, most likely, to convert them yourself

On Tempest they are going for as hig has 4-5 mil. I bought one crate for 2 mil then found a vendor selling them for 10K. Needless to say I cleaned out the vendor.

Unfortunatly, slicing is not in high depand on Tempest due to the rarity of the parts

.

The one time I did slice a weapon, I did it for pennies cause I did not have time to set prices yet and just said a price.

I just bought a crate of WUKs for 300k on starsider. I've seen WUK cratesfrom 250k-1mil and AUK crates from 100k up. The bonus to selling them without converting them is that you get hopefuls like me who buy the crate hoping for rare pieces. I've converted three WUK crates and gotten one ICB a few of the level two parts and a LOT of simple toolkits. Call me crazy, but I don't think you can get 250k for 25 simple toolkits. sell them without converting them, IMO

Smacks forehead..........HARD. I was cleaning out some old stuff two nights ago and sold about 4 crates of each for 2K per crate
