Thread: Faction item purchace discount question

I think i read somewhere in these fourms that a certain species gets a discount when purchacing factional items. Is this accurate, I think the species was bothan.

Bothan gets 10% additional discount ... it does not show up on the pricing list ... but it is a 10% discount off of posted prices.

Bothans get a kind of "instant rebate" from purchases. I.E. a Rebel Bothan who'sa Master Smuggler sees a price list of 45000 for a faction HQ, but when they buy it they only pay 40500. The thing about it is that you must have the 45000 to purchase it, although you pay less than the 45000. This rebate also applies to promotions, which is kinda nice.
