I've had it fail before- but usually it fixes itself after I die- which tends to happen when it fails

I seem to be having 100% failure with FD tonight. Is there a new trick to getting it to work? My combat cue's always cleared and the word turns green but I cant get the face by my HAM. It even says I prepare to take a hit but I always fail to FD on the next hit.

Thats weird, I have had no problems with it tonight and had to use it a few times against mokks.... So its not an issue of it being broken.... at least from my servers stand point....
