This can only be read/opened with spice 2 skill but I cannot seem to be able to craft it with any device? It won't appear in crafting maching slots? Do I need artisan as well as smuggler?

I was scratching my head on this one too - I only had a weapon crafting tool and a food crafting tool and couldn't figure out a way to do it.

In order to make it though you need a General Crafting Tool - if you have that you should find it on the list.

That's just really strange - mind you, when I had to get my tapestry made up by a tailor they needed a furniture and crafting tool also.

Lord I dispise these schematics - just give me the dang item.

Someone probably thought that it was a good way to pacify us for at least a few minutes. It appeared to work on a few people but most of us saw right through it and added it to the long list of things we can do that have absolutely nothing to do with smuggling.
