Im a Rodian smuggler and plan on going imp. Will being rodian effect the rate at which i can buy factoin points?

I don't think so, but it will affect the price of perks, and maybe (not sure) how fast you raise in ranks.

But from a strictly "FP transfer" point of view, should not change anything.

I'm pretty sure bugs have the same penalty as bothans.. 2x on purchases. But you still get your smuggler bonus so it ends up being around 1.6x

It doesn't affect the rate at which you buy at all.

I think rodians actually have a x3 multiplier for Imperial.
