Thread: What's everyone selling Muon and Pixie for these days?
Since the Chef revamp in (wow, I can't remember..dark times for the spicer though) spices have declined inboth popularity and pricedue to the superior properties of food, i.e. no downer.
This event in Smuggler history saw spices relegated to the role of a emergency buff. Spices such as Neutron Pixie were all but deemed obsolete, save for a small percentage of hold outs (or addicts
)
Muon Gold has fared better, becoming the spice of choice in PVP due to the inability to heal the mind bar bymost combatants. Again, it is used primarily as a emergency buff thanks in part to afk entertainers offering mind buffs for tips (read: free), and chef wares that buff the mind without any visible draw backs such as brandy and canape.
Our other spices, not ever being really viable before the Chef revamp, simply became text in a skill box or was used to grind said skill boxes. Today, most spice for sale is Muon Gold and can be found on the bazaar ranging from a mere 2k to the max you can sell at on the bazaar, 6k credits. It is somewhat of a rarity to see a player vendor offering spice, but even there you will see the bazaar standard or maybe a bit higher depending on the Smuggler.
LOL...this is what happens to you kids when you end up writing too many term papers for college, and technical reports at work!!!
