Just wanted to share this with you, this happened about a week ago, wish I could remember the guys name......
Got a very polite tell from someone asking if I could slice some armour for him.
We meet up, he hands over the armour and next thing I know, he's on bended knee with a chat bubble over his head:-
"I'm praying to the goddess of slices" He says.
Well it made me chuckle but bugger me, I start slicing and I get +40% slices on the first 3 parts.
Out of 9 pieces sliced the guy had 1 ......... that's ONE .......... slice under 30% which was mid 20's.
Needless to say the guy was pretty happy and I'm considering instructing all my customers to adopt this ritual.

CLICKY for anyone who takes this post as anything other than something funny.
Good post! I remember doing the same thing when I got my first Krayt weapons made. I couldn't bare slicing them myself, so I took them to the Master Smuggler who trained me. I got two slices above 30%...both speed.
I ended up with:
---0.9(zero point nine)speed 252damage Republic Blaster
--- 2.4 speed 448-880 Flamethrower

i usually tell my customers to pray/worship the slicing gods and pray for the slice they DON'T want... then i start meditating to focus my mind on slicing it "right" 
has no effect, but looks nice and i get good comments from customers 
i even had a guy who had a 17%speed slice on a flamer, and wanted a good damage slice. i told him he was now doomed, which could only be solved by worshipping/doing the dmg-slice-dance. he spammed /dance and /worship and promptly got a 27% dmg slice...

lol, I ask people what type of slice they want then tell them to pray for the opposite (this seems to work

I tell them that if they tell me what slice they want they will get the opposite.
