Hi,
I don't mean to come invading your forum with my questions but I have wondered this for a while...
I have a gun that has been 4% speed sliced. It has no other slices and it is at 45% customization. I asked the smuggler who sliced it to get it to 12% slice but he screwed up and sliced without having all the components. My question is, can I still get it sliced to 12% speedor will I have to settle for diffrent slices now?

As long as no other slices have been performed.
The full up-to-level-4 speed slice will take it up to 100% customization (meaning any other slices on anything else will make it impossible to do the full level 4 speed slices). the Finely Crafted Toolkit and the Delicately Tuned Trigger will be needed for that.
