Thread: My 2 credits on the new Smuggling Concepts

They are concepts, that's it. I'm not sure if everyone has forgotten, but GreenMarine gave us concepts too... that was months ago and we are still on square one. Yes, the concepts look great, and yes, I'm excited about them too, but this means nothing - yet.
They may change for better or for worse, I just ask that we not let up on the pressure, if we do we'll still be on square one come 2006.

With the difference that several months back the Devs changed something. They have been called liars and stuff so often they just adopted a strict "talking only about stuff we are working on or just next" policy. And they have been holding on to that fairly well.
And there is a difference between a "I think this would be cool and I am looking for help from the community" thread and design document threads. The old "In Concept" smuggler threads were more of a "tell me what you want" nature.

My Smuggler friends on Ahazi have said alot of the same things we have been promised alot in the last 20 months and not gotten much. For now I am very hopeful I think the Devs might finally have figured out how much FUN it could be to be a Smuggler.

That is some seriously funny stuff. Yes it is in concept but do you honestly think something that is just inconcept would be so well thought out. I suspect this is exactly what we will see in or about the same time as the CURB. Yes we need to be persistent but we also need to know they are working on things like crazy and we will see this system implemented.
The things we see with the GCW were just talk in the in concept section just weeks ago and now it is live. Its sad to see people still have little faith in their efforts.
