ok what do i have to go in to get where i can buy and sell faction points im a novice smug do i have to get master to do that?

underworld 4 to buy from a recruiter.......and having colonel or a high faction rank helps when delegating because of the delegation exchange rate........now I'll refer you to the FAQ at the top faction rank prices and delegation rates for each one are listed there
