To everyone,
It's really easy to pick all this apart but the fact is it is 1,000,000 X better than anything we have ever had. Did you really think our revamp would be exactly the way you wanted it? and I mean that for all of us (myself included). Its not exactly what we wanted or should I say all of what we wanted but it's a start and a damn good one. They just built or are building awhole new system for use, it has a mix of space and land, it hasdifferent types of missions with different story lines, it has BH's, it is a start on different factionsand whilein NPC form the fact is WE ARE SMUGGLING. my god guys its not exactly what we wanted but its everything we freakin asked for, come on......
As far as slicing I would rather be bugged by people with stupid questions then see 500,000,000 sliced weapons in every vender in my galaxy....
Please, please, please do not start turning this forum into the same b*tch fest I see on every other f*ckin forum it's the one thing that is key to this forum being so cool. The GCW forum is a giant b*tch fest over the stupidest sh*tand Ive seen more one stars in here today then ever before. Rather than f*ckin crying and b*tching about every little thing thats wrong with it, while its still in concept maybe try comming up with ways to tweek the system and just deal with it, it's not like it'sthe end of the world and it's not a nerf.
"I will believe it what I see it" - Was great with all our blow off's and a true statementbut based on the fact that they are making sweeping changes in the game over all and have refused to talk about anything till they were ready maybe this is the sign that a revamp will happen soon and no not next months but soon.....
Sorry but the b*tching f*ckin pissed me off...... 
Its not going to be exactly the way you hoped it would be soget over it and tryto be happy. The fact isno one will ever be 100% happy with anything because everyone is different. We are finally getting worked on, be construtive not destrutive.......

And hey, when I am pleased...and that has very rarely occured over the past two years...then you really need to get a perspective on things.
Sure, I'm not AS pleased as I could be but I'm pleased nevertheless.
There are a few things they could do to complete the picture but this is an infinitely better start than anything they've gotten this far on before.
That and I'm sure that Veela will have pen in hand the moment the fall short of expectations!

100% agreement. You can't have expected a revamp to be perfect, and that the concept docs look this great has me very, very impressed.
This place is going to change a lot once smuggler becomes FOTM, though.

Yep - these documents look great. Whatever they do, it will not please everyone as there are so many different opinions. t goes without saying that if you have ideas on how it could be better make them now during the concept change as it is easier to change

I am sure I saw the "get spices as a result of Smuggling contracts instead of crafting it." idea before. Maybe on GreenMarine's thread. I love the fact that you can be a cheat, and that there are consequences for it, and that the more you spiral down that path the worse it get. Seem such a good stepping stone to eventually inplement player BH bounties on us.

We get something that resembles closely what we've been asking for and people complain. Personally I'm ecstatic. I can't wait to see these changes be implemented and what might follow after them. If the Devs are paying attention to us now...that's a good thing. Let's not complain.

Please stop confusing the words then and than. Every single time you should have used than, you of course used then. Maybe you can smuggle a copy of Hooked On Phonics. My grammar is better "than" yours. My weapons is better "than" yours. Perhaps if people concerned themselves more with education and less with faux expletives, "then" I might have to find something else to complain about.
We need a secret goverment agency to oversee this one spelling issue. The "THAN" police. Or perhaps a TV program on Bravo THAN Eye For The THEN Guy.
