Is this possible? And does it have any effect on the slice at all?

Why would you put an ADK on a weapon prior to slicing it?
I have no idea, I would assume it wouldn't affect the ADK or anything of the such.... and if it were to have an affect on the slice, it'd be an exploit.

Or did some one hand you a weapon to slice with an ADK on it? You know for a group of rogues and scoundrels we are a fairly well trusted lot!

Its just that I'm bidding on a unsliced 407 max stun baton that has a ADK on it. So I don't want to get a slice and then see that it has deleted the ADK or anything (thats assuming I win the auction).

Well I am told that destroying a weapon returns the ADK to you (I have not tested this yet but I 100% trust the persons who said it). So one would THINK that theADK would not effct the slice one way or another. But I dont think any one will have tested this yet. Good luck with your auction and what ever comes after it.

Thanks, if I win and get it sliced I'll post what happens here to help anyone else with the same question.

I heard that if you put an ADK on something, then use 75% clamps on it, you can get a 40% damage slice

Cool, Wanton, that might be about the one slicing question we don't know the answer to. Thanks.

Good question. And I doubt anyone has tried this yet. Usually your would only apply an ADK to an item that was super-duper. (one that was already got a good slice). Seems strange to apply it to an unsliced weapon. Oh well, let us know how it goes.

I have sliced an item with an ADK on it. It affects nothing. You can still destroy the item aferwards and recover the kit.

Oh thank god for the forum search button.
If anyone can double-confirm this let me know please. hehe
I put a few ADK's on a short-suit of armor to do some grinding, but didn't realize until AFTERWARDS that it wasn't sliced. So... just wanted to make sure getting them sliced doesn't affect getting the ADK back afterwards.
Is there anyone else out there thatcan confirm that this works ok? Since I'm going to be slicing several items with ADK's on them, I want to cover my arse.

Well the way I see it.... you may as well slice it and see what happens.
You know the weapon\armour is not going to be any worse off and you can't take the item out of the ADK so what is there to lose?
