Just a thought...
Bounty Hunters are currently having problems withPadawans who drop houses to escape justice. To me, this is an exlpoit and should be changed. However since we all know this is not going to happen, why not make the best of it.The DEVS could make a new Smuggler skill called "Slice House".When a paddy runs into a house aBH could simply call a Smuggler and for a premium fee, the Smuggler could pop-a-lock and allow the BHto gain entry and kill the young paddy.
Just some thoughts....

I don't think the devs would ever allow someone to gain access to another player's private residence.. On the issue itself, there was mention in the Fan Fest about placing a 5 minute TEF on a Jedi who is attacked by a BH..

you could only allow this for a paddy who is under attack from a BH

I like it. However, aomething would have to be designed so that a smuggler cannot go breaking into housed at will. That could get real ugly fast. Can you imagine the forums then? They should make it so that the only house that can be sliced is one belonging to a jedi that is currently being hunted. Have to have a BH with the mission, and if possible, the jedi has to be within a certain range for the slice option to be available.

I don't mind it, but I have a feeling others would...
Anyway, let's say this does get considered.. What about houses that aren't actually owned by the Jedi being hunted? A friend could place the house and put the Jedi's name on the entry/admin list..

Maybe it's just me, but if I'm going to use my Smuggler skills to help anybody, I'd like them to have something to do with Smuggling and not B&E.
Smuggle a paddy out of danger, sure. Sneak a BH into the vacinity without him turning up on radar, ok. I have no desire to jimmy the window lock and let the BH climb up my back into the house.

Maybe they should make us smugglers like Rogues on EQII. That is where hte game is going any ways,

This will never happen. Ever. Not in a million years even if you bribed the Devs with pie and beer.
The whining that would ensue would be unbelievable. It really wouldn't be pretty. Seriously.

I like the way that BH's always have smuggler content for us as long as it involves helping them kill Jedi and Jedi have smuggling content for us as long as it helps keep them safe from BH's. Come on people, we want smuggling content to be able to do for ourselves, we don't want to HAVE to rely on others to be able to do our professions namesake. If they includea way to help others that is fine, but it doesn't need to be to a specific profession, if we are going to do anything it needs tobe something that is accessible to everyone not just BH's or Jedi.
