Thread: Uber Slicing Vs. Caps

I am not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere, but currently weapons have damage and speed caps. How will this be incorporated in the ned system. I would hate to manage to loot a rare item use it and get nothing back as the weapon is capped.


Furthermore , what do u think is a fair price to ask when others provide the loot parts.

Will this price be associated with a level of the loot or sholg it be a stable price?
