I am working on crafting new spice and would like to know which one is best for my green action bar...which one will allow for fast reguv.

you know there is a description on every spica ya can craft, right? how about you just check what every spice can and does?
At last a smuggler should know what his own spices can do...

My personal Favorite is Booster Blue. +20% Health -20%Health Regen, +20% Action Regen, and +20% Mind Regen. Neutron pixie has the health regen and mind regen revearsed giving you -20% mind regen, which can really hurt jedi especially, but also any class that needs to heal.
