Thread: noob questions about smugglers plz help

Ok im not really a noob but before i spend my skill points on smuggler i need to know some things. First if u have lets say slicing skills how much damage can u add to weapons. And do u have to be master smuggler to slice faction for urself. Also how much faction do u slice at a time. Thanks for ur help,

We're Charley Brown, the Dev's are lucy and the Smuggler revamp is the football.
Every time we think, this is the time were gona get to kick the football Lucy pulls it away at the last minute.
