Well, I'm pretty sure by the title someone can guess what happened.

I got a request for a slice on a set of Katarn Knuckles, I advised my customer on what I thought would be a good slice for it, business as usual these days. Unfortunately, I rushed it, and paid for it. I accidently bio-linked the weapon to myself, I was going to fast that I didn't even realise what I had done. The Bio-Link option was in the same place the slicing option always is and, well... To be honest, I really wasn't paying attention. I sat in shock staring at my first mistake ever involving a slice, a dozen things running through my head... all I could say was "uh oh." - not something you want to hear from anyone, much less involving an expensive weapon.

Either out of Karma, pure luck, or some other mysterious Force *cough*... I've been sitting on the Katarn quest for about a month, for no apparent reason, so before my customer had time to panic I offered to give him his money back, plus some for the trouble (hey, my reputation is on the line, I gotta think fast here) and to kill the Katarn tonight and deliver him the set that I will be rewarded. I'm typing this out from the bottom of the Ryatt Trail right this very moment.

I swear I didn'tget the warning pop-up on the bio-link, if it was there I was so far into la-la-land I didn't notice. So, I sit here waiting for some friends to get online... my what timing, not a single one is available. I'm trying to fix this mistake as quickly as I possibly can. I was pretty surprised that my customer was understanding and didn't want to throw me into an oncoming landspeeder.

I never had much against bio-links until this incident, which as anyone can tell I've taken full responsibility for and have put everything on hold until I fix it. Why did they ever put bio-links into this game anyway? We went more than a yearand a half without them, I never heard someone say "Hey, lets have weapons that can't be used by anyone else!"

Okay, that's all... just remember kids: Corellian Brandy and spice don't mix

Mission accomplished, crisis averted, got the guy his new Katarn Knuckles and lucky for me he was very understanding about the whole incedent.
