You guys probably all know those kind of snacks/cookies with some nuts at the bottem, caramel in the middle, and chocolate at the top. Well, the nuts at the bottom are not really smooth and has some rough edges. The caramel is actually a pretty good part but it gets squeezed by the nuts and the chocolate. That same chocolate is the best part of the snack. It's totally smooth and just perfect, top of the line.

I think the pre-CU smuggler are the nuts. Rough edges such as useless experiment points and random slicing. Every item sliced in the same way, which is really strange and ackward. No good pistol skillmods or weapons, and a useless unarmed tree. The post-CU smuggler is the caramel. Not that bad, but sqeeuzed by the nuts and the chocolate. We have some improvements, like weapons, specials and skillmods. But still there are a lot of "downsides", such as the experience needed for smuggler, and the slicing experimenting and wierd slicing %. What I hope is that smuggler becomes what it deserves.... the chocolate! Really smoove and top of the line! Experimented spices and slicing, (yes we can be good crafters!) slicing we can actually influence with out own REAL LIFE skill, and bounty's to show our dirty combat tricks! I am placing all my bets on the smuggler revamp, which will hopefully be the next big upgrade, publish 16I think. We are the only profession whith bugs and other strange elements in our skills! ALL the other professions are tweaked or at least tweaked in the past (like DE, which had TWO useless publishes). We need it, I need it. Without the smuggler revamp coming soon, I don't know if I will be a smuggler that long...

Just needed to tell some of you this.... I am satisfied with the smuggler's role in combat now, but not the other elements... I hope, no I know, that most of you also think this way....

...But more important, do you know mine?
