Dont use it with 100% health. It will take you down to 5% health not to mention that it will do almost no damage to your target. Last ditch is the "Do or Die" shot. It should be used like feign death. It helps to think of it that way. If you use it at 100% health it will take you down to nothing and the next hit from the mob or the DOT or whatever will incap you for certain. Unless you are fighting with CDEF pistols or something.
