All is not lost.
Use panic shot first and then when that breaks use concusion shot.
Or if you have improved concusion shot, use it then hit the target again with it after 30 seconds, thats 10 seconds be fore it brakes. The shot will stick despite the rage and you can continue to crowd control.
I'll update my cc guide when I have the time with the new changes

Concusison has not been nerved again, it has been nerved for the 1st time now. The first "nerv" wasnot a nerv but a conversion from root to daze effect.
If you are Master, you have Improved Concusion and Panic Shot, in combination with Improved Stopping Shot this is more crowd controling than anything else i have seen in this game.
