Thread: Old Sliced Weapons now unslicable?

I had a bunch of sliced weapons forsale on a vendor and when the slice thing happened, I took them off the vendor and examined them, so tried to slice them with the new method (I hate the loot drop thing, by the way) and not a one of the would slice, the option came up, but nothing happened. Has this happened to anyone else, or is it a known, I bugged it and of course haven't heard back on that issue.

Umm... what makes you think you should be able to slice an old weapon that has already been sliced?
Just curious.

Because the slice no longer exists, it went away, bye bye, not there anymore.

Oh, it's still there. You just don't see the text about it on the Examine window anymore.
To answer your question... No, you can't slice previsouly sliced items. Because they're sliced.

Ah, so that is it, the slice % doesn't show, no wonder, it was driving me nutty....thanks.

I don't know about anyone else, but I find this to be a big issue. As it stands right now, there isn't a way to differentiate weapons that were sliced under the old system, to newer unsliced weapons.
