Post in the WS forums hint at slicing caps being lower than the crafting caps. Is this really the case?

If so, what are the slicing caps? All the FAQ point to the WS forums for the caps.....

No, no they are not. SLicing caps are apparently lower than the crafted weapon caps.

Crazy, I know... but so is looting a delicate trigger assemby from the gizzard of a Krayt dragon.
