Thread: critical strike?

havent been keeping up with all the news..but what exactly is a critical strike? and who can do them and when? does every one have a chance at doing critical strikes cause ive always done the same damage on a creature or npc or player as far as i can remember.. and with a 10% CS slice i shot my buddy at least 100 times trying to see what it does but i always did the same damage. i know im missing something here can someone enlighten me plz?

Some F'er of SOE apparently withdrew the extra dmg at the last minute before implementing the"slicingfix"but was too F'n lazy to remove the option entirely, apprently assuming we would just be fooled by just seeing the word +critical+ above an opponent and left it at that without the damage.,.,.,

thats sounds bout right..
so far..in my own testing..slicing weapons and armor is a complete sham. but ill be open to anyone who can prove me wrong..i hope someone can actually. waited 2 years for them to just copy WOW weapon enhancements over. real creative.

no speed slice is good and dmg istoo under some circumstances. critical is aboslutey bork/useless.
idk about 1-4% chance to asorb 50% dmg.. thats kind of alow chance..

Yea. I like the the new slicing system but i wish they wouldnt make it so epic to do.
I was wondering about crit strike. Looked worthless to me and now i know it is so ill stick to dmg and spd.
