Smuggler Archive

Now, I know talking about a revamp is like talking about monkeys flying from my GI Tract, but hope springs eternal...and I apologize if anyone has brought this up before, but I had an idea while reading the slicing petition thread that might settle two issues, slicing a particular stat and giving the master smuggler title something more than just a percentage range increase.

How about giving master smugglers the ability to slice a particular stat?
