Thread: Loosing items trading bags?

I've had a situation with a customer tonight where he says an item was missing from the bag I returned to him.
He originally traded me one DXR6 and a bag containing 9 peices of armor. I removed the armor for the bag, sliced it and put it back in the bag, counting as I went the 9 peices (not including the gun). I put the bag and gun into the trade window, we both accept (he paid by bank tip) and the trade is over. I'm pretty sure when the bag was in the trade window it had a count of 9 pieces.
He then claimed a peice was missing and that he only got 8 pieces back. I check my inventory and the only armour I had was my 9 piece set of Arems tripple-80 special composite that was in my (equiped) backpack, and nothing I slice goes anywhere near my backpack.
Has anyone else had problems with items disapearing when traiding bags?

Im not sure this problem is only with stuff diappearig, or in bags. I was slicing in coronet one day and I finished working for a guy, traded him back his armor (not in a bag), and went on to the next job. After my next customer traded me the items to be sliced, I opened my inventory to findI had an extra piece of wookie armor.I *know*I checked the trade window to make sureI gave the guy back all his items (ive had problems before, acidentally not trading all the items back, and id like to avoid those kind of fiascos again), andI couldnt see any reason why my new mon cal customer would own, much less give me a piece of wookie armor.So now im running around all over the place with an extra piece of armor in case i run into the guy...who still hasnt replied to my message, which is whyI assume nothings wrong on his side, and i just made off with an extra piece of armor. I'll hold on to it just in case though...
So long story short, trading has a lot of flaws I'm sure, and certainly so does peoples counting.

I was slicing for a guy and put all the armor in the bag, and when we traded he only got 8 pieces back. After a frantic few minutes of searching my inventory, he relogged and it was back in his inventory. Sometimes i guess things might get lost in the lag... this was in the med center in coronet. Hopefully he will get it back when he logs in next and its not really a server error.
