I am a master Smugglar and i have not reported this as a bug because i thought i was having bad luck. now it seems to be more then bad luck.

In slicing weapons i have noticed a drastic reduction in the number of Damage slices i am getting on weapons. before pub 13, i would hit about 50/50 or 60/40 when slicing weapons between Damage and speed. Now... out of the last 60+ weapons i have sliced i have gotten a total of 2 damage slices. is this a bug? or bad luck? or a intended change comming out with the CURB and i am just seeing it now?
