OK now ive been killing almost every merc there is on lok.... and i cant get any STK or FCTK (simple tool kit = STK Finly Crafted tool kit = FCTK) any one have any? ill buyem....

Yup. Personally, I only looted one of these bad boys...and I need a speed slice, and Fine tuned kits seem to be the ones that are uber hard to find.

And if you want to know where to loot them - maybe you should read the Q&A. But thats just a suggestion.
