Depending on the target's KD defenses, yes it does work very well. I noticed an increase in the success rate once I mastered Pistoleer to go along with Mstr Smuggler. But don't forget the other fun things that come with Smuggler & dirty fighting... playin possum & boom bots.

To Do List:

Based on my experience low blow has the same success rate as unarmed kd2...which is to say most of the time against mid and low level creatures or noob pvpers and almost none of the time against high level creatures (elders, krayts) or good pvpers. The nice thing about low blow obviously is that its ranged....however if forced to pick between low blow or unarmed kd2 I would probably say go for the unarmed since it also can add a dizzy to the knockdown which gives you anywhere from 5-20 seconds of the player/creature flopping around on their back doing nothing.

For the life of me I can't remember what those last 2 boxes you have in TK do. Other than that it looks fine, perhaps think of getting 2 boxes in balance or power tech instead of the fourth TK line, but thats up to you .

Hay im a master fencer and master pistoler and i have a bunch of skill points left i cant decide what to do smuggler or tka i really want a kd

does low blow work most of the time?

It works most of the time for me. Even when it doesn't, with Master Pistoleer, you're fast enough that if it doesn't land the first time, you can hit it again and it will execute fast enough that it shouldn't be a problem. This is just my experience with it as a Master Pistoleer/Master Smuggler/TK Master though. I hope it helps.

Against high end mobs and pvpers kd rarely works.. this goes for all kds.

smuggler also has some other good attacks and that self incap thing is pritty cool

i have a pritty nice geo max 399 all ive been using in pvp with master pistoler is that fan shoot but i heard that last ditch is a powerfull attack
