I would recommend either posting in your galaxy trade forum, or ask around on your server for some well respected Smugglers. I know on Intrepid there are at least a few long-term Masters.

Please also keep in mind, the long-term Master Smugglers do tend to charge a hefty premium for their services ... but it is worth it.
