I have master smuggler and almost master Armor Smith. My Questions is:

Can I have as high as % of slices with just slicing 4 as I can as Master Smuggler?

I have seen some guides that stated %'s on slices and levels. Wanting to confirmed from experienced players.

And by dropping Master Smuggler, would my slicing be as effective ?
