we need to see how this plays out I might not get BH at all now. the Smuggler and Pistoleer speed Mods might make BH pistols redundant at this point since Eye Shot is an LLC attack now but its still early days and we will want to test all of this.

It may be in the LLC tree, but remember that in the CU, at least right now all specials are usable by all weapons in that category (ranged or melee), so that Eye Shot is in the LLC tree but the skill can be used with any ranged weapon. Most definately still a viable special for pistols, carbines, rigles, and heavy weapons.

That is the beauty of how they've divied up the specials and mods...you might want to take 0040, I might want 0400 for the stances. Though we may have the same profession we are getting different things out of it, thus we are not the same template.

Except that all BH trees give General Ranged Speed/Accuracy, so a Pistoleer can make the same use of the "Rifles" line of BH as a Rifleman can. Granted, it will be a little harder to grind out the Rifle XP, but there's no reason why a Pistoleer/BH dabbler couldn't (shouldn't?) pick up BH 0004.

Anyone else notice the old BH pistol specials seem to have been moved to the LLC line? Does this indicate that to be a more viable combatant, BH 0004 will be king?

With the ability to "respec", those of us already sporting a 245+ SP loadout will be able to snag that LLC line without ever needing to touch a rifle...
