Nope, you don't use those items anymore for slicing. However, do not delete them, as the WUKs and AUKs can be converted to the new looted tools you need to slice. All the changes to slicing can be read here in the FAQ

I'm not sure if the laser knives and molecular clamps are convertable though, or if they will be convertable in the future, but I'm sure someone else will be along to answer that question.

Knives and clamps aren't convertible and there has been no indication they ever will be.
