IMO, Last Ditch is the best pistol shot in the game.

Last ditch has the highest single target damage multiplier, but it is random pool, single target and slow to recharge. Also has a stun effect.

Fan Shot from pistoleer, can have a much higher DPS... So while aspects of it are better, it has its drawbacks.

The pistol specials are ok...

Panic shot causes an AOE delay, but it breaks after 10 seconds or if you hit the opponent once more.

Low Blow is a ranged KD, but many mobs and PVP opponents have incredibly high defense vs kd... making it of limited use.
