The problem is I love being a Smuggler...even though the profession is borked right now. I guess I will see how the revamp goes. Plus there isnt a better group of peeps than the smuggler community.

Well thats fine since they are lowering the standards for BHs you should be able to keep both...

JUst don't plan on hunting major Jedi with the template as they can and will block the majority of your ranged attacks.

I dunno how lowering the template of BH is going to work, is it going to free up that much?

Thought about going commando since burning stuff is cool and i haven't used any smuggler skill in 2 monthsexcept terminal slicing on dantooine. Just tell me they'll go through with the side kick idea and i'll stay

Chrystale....I believe the dev's said it would free up 81 skill points as opposed to 31.

3 weeks ago i dropped master smuggler and most of the slicing line and all of the spicing line. As well as dropping Commando 0-0-4-0, for Novice BH. Then 2 weeks later they say that they are lowering the requirments on a BH..................... The timing couldn't be more depressing to me. 
all that slicing and spicing that i gotta redo now........ i still have a screen shot of where i lost 120k of slicing exp becuase i sliced a terminal and ..............Ohh well, ill be back to Master Smuggler SOON!!!

If I was going to mess around with my template, I'd go with something like this:
Master Smuggler
BH 0/0/4/0
Pistoleer 0/0/4/0
That leaves me like 2 points left over...if I figured right.
I'm never giving up Master Smuggler for anything...even when I quit. So, if / when I come back, I'll still be a Master Smuggler, just because I love this profession and the people in it so much.
