Greetings,

I was a master smuugler for the longest time. It was the profession I wanted at launch, when I got bored with not actually doing anything even resembling smuggler, I set this game aside for a few months. Always keeping an eye on the boards... looking for the long overdue revamp. Finally, I gave in and started playing again, but dropped smuggler. Anyway, I did tons of slicing in the early days. believe it or not I actually leveled slicing without buying clamps because there were no masters to sell them. So I sliced my way up the hard way. Then I did a ton of slicing as a master to make cash.

Anyway, I've recently heard some people saying that Master Smuggler's do not slice any better than slicers. Now, back when I was slicing, the difference was noticecable. I averaged quite a bit higher at master than I did before. So whats going on? Did masters get nerfed or something? Or are these just a bunch of noobs who don't know what they are talking about? I strongly suspect the latter, but I cant be sure as I have not sliced in a long time.

Unfortunately, althought it's been confirmed by a Dev on the forums, it's never been documented in-game, so the idea that it doesn't exist still persists.
