I'd like to try and get all the Intrepid smugglers on here.
I really think we need to get some prices set for slice costs. I'm sick of hearing, "Well so and so charges blah-blah-blah..."
If we can all just set a price to charge for slices, then we stand to make a little more profit.
Thanks,
JP

I don't think you will ever get any kind of agreement on pricing. Everyone will charge what they want.
If I slice something once a week it is rare, and I run arround with my master tag up all the time. Not that I'm complaining, I usually am on my way to doing something else, but I don't slice enough to worry about what others are charging. 5k is worth the time and trouble to me, so that is what I charge.

Here. I'm still re-grinding. But I will charge 10k. It makes it worth my time. I could make more with solo groups instead of 5k per slice. But solo groups are going out, so 10k. I used to charge 5k before I dropped. With the crate pull issue, it's just hard and time consuming.
I did make a macro: Put the crate of clamps, and the crates of WUK/AUK in the toolbar.
Somethin like this:
/ui action toolbarslot00;
/ui action toolbarslot01;

I used to charge 5k a slice when I was a master smuggler, but now, when I log on my friends account, who is a master smuggler, I charge 10k if I get a request, just cuz I am usually doing something else and it takes me away from that.

I avoid slicing armor at all cost. Dunno why i just hate it. So 100k a suit.
I usually charge 4-5k a weapon slice. Its all mood based. Sometimes ill not ask fro anything and rely on tips othertimes if im busy ill charge more.
I dont try to live off slicing.

Nice guys....thanks for posting.
I have started charging 5K a slice for anything except when I'm ask to do the full suit. Full suits now are at 50K flat rate.
I gues I should price by amount.
1-8 5K each
9-15 7K each
15+ 10K each
1-8 5K each
9-15 7K each
15+ 10K each
hmmm.....I'll have to think about it a little more. The simplicity of 5K math is nice. 10K is even easier, but I just feel it's a bit over priced sometimes. Heck, I even take the time now and then to read bio's to try and see if the person is a noob, then I slice for free.
Keep the thoughts coming guys/gals.
Thanks,

What are you,a commie pinko?
The marketplace decides the price. Pricefixing, in any form sucks.
Because of this post, whatever you charge, I'll charge less; just as a matter of principle.
