TH: Actually, GreenMarine is off on assignment crushing worlds as an alien cyborg....

TH: Seriously though, GM is hard at work on polishing JtL and getting ready for his next team assignment.

Sorry if this has been posted already, but this stuff pisses me off.

I don't know for sure, but it kinda looks like something TH would say in one of the Stratics chats. His standard "atempt to be funny and likable without acutally giving out any tangible information" answer.

This was from the Stratics Chat last night

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

when you say "not working with us anymore" it means he could have been working with us at some time. And actually it's not the case, he came here, posted twice and disappeared, and that's not actually what i call working. On his word it was on it's own time, and he got set back to JtL instead of working with us.

One of these days it would be good to have Tyrant come here and justify himself for these choices, maybe we could find a certain logical way of reasonning beyond all the BS we see.

swgdevrthornton: The original dreams of the space portion of SWG included non-combat stuff, but we needed a tight focus to appeal to the most people...

swgdevrthornton:And get it out more quickly... Now that it's out, we'd love to have more transport and a space-based-component of ground profession mechanics...

Now that's how I always saw the role of the Smuggler in space. I think that if we were carrying 500k credits worth of Spice we would want to avoid combat as much as possible. But if danger should find us, we would put up a decent fight.
