No longer get the option at a recruiter...infact no longer get the option to improve my faction rank either. Anyone else bugged or is just me?

Are you Combatant? BTW, You need to be special forces to delegate fps, if you didn't know.

It should be 2nd option from the bottom. Something like "I'd like to help with your bank account"
