Thread: bulk spice crafting
You can buy a crafting station from an architect. Look for one that's 42 or higher quality. You'll want the food and chemical crafting station to make spice.
There are also food and chemical public crafting stations in the big cities that you can use. Also, almost all of the big malls have really high quality stations hidden in the back room or basement, and some people have been known to sneak in and use those. This would be pointless for you, really, because the quality of the station doesn't impact the quality of your spice. Buy one or use the public ones in a city.
Now, take out your food and chemical crafting tool while standing within a meter or two of the crafting station(you can buy this on the bazaar if you don't have one). Make sure you have a large supply of whatever resources you need for the spice. Craft the spice as usual, but when you get the choice to make either a prototype item or a manufacturing schematic, make the schematic. This will appear in your datapad under 'data'.
Now, buy a food factory and set it up somewhere. Put maintenance and power in the factory. Load the ingredients for your spice in the ingredient hopper, put the schematic in the schematic slot, and under "options", choose "start manufacturing items".
When you finish your factory run or run out of ingredients, the factory will send you an email, and you can get the crates of spice out of the output hopper.
Actually, if all you're going to do is craft spice, any old crafting station will do, even the ones that suck. You can't experiment on spice and you can't fail (any more) so unless you plan to be a chef, buy a cheap one.
