If you don't know yet. I don't know if it's been said somewhere else...
But, the bonus will apply to buying faction, I had a client tonight, bought some faction for him and got like 1350 fp/100k Credits when I remember that without the buff it was like 1200 or so fp/100k credits.
Edit: woah my typing is F'ed up tonight.

Off subject, but what's the best amount of faction to delegate at one time? I was doing blocks of 2000. Is there a better number where I don't lose so much faction in the process?

I thought that delegating loss was a percentage? So I just did it all at once.

It is.. at colonel its 1.18FP lost for every 1FP gained. I'm sure game mechanics and rounding can be played with to find a spot where rounding is in your favor, and on a large transfer yo can save a handful of FP, but there really isn't anyhting to gain not by delegating it all at once.
As for insp buffs it works 2x in the process now. You'll get your extra FP when you buy, *AND* if your client has an insp buff they'll get the bonus when they get the FP.
It makes the math a litle tougher as what you /del now isn't the specific amount that they get, but it does leave room to play with your rates and work with clients a little (do you charge for amount you del? you lose? other player needs/gains?)

This never even occurred to me. I'd call this excellant news since its a way to increase our profits without raising the customer's price. Getting the FP for around 73 per instead of 80 per is a nice additional skim. The whole trick is delaying your mark long enough to get the buff.
The fp loss is entirely based on your rank, not the amount you delegate. At colonel its 1.18 ratio so if I give you 100fp i lose 118. If I give you 10000 I lose 11800, its all the same.
If it isn't already there this should go into the buying fp guide.

I was getting it at 1375 though. Let's not talk too much about this though. As it is, I can't even make a decent cred selling spice anymore without somebody undercutting me.
