Hello all. I am new to Smuggler... kind of ... and was wondering if you guys get togther for any RP or fun events ever? I am in a guild and I'm a Rebel. I guess I'm just looking for some fellow Smugglers to get into trouble with, lol.

I say I'm kinda new because I used to play as a Smuggler with what is now my wife's account. The respec allowed me to switch my main toon over to Smuggler without the pains of the grind. I've always wanted my main toon to be a Smuggler, but you guys have always had... problems within the profession. I am really happy, more for you long time Smugglers than for myself, that there is a revamp coming toSmugglers.

I picked up Novice Smuggler earlier this evening, so I can post here now without feeling like a total doofus.

At any rate, I play on Starsider under the name of Bellona. I don't know on the topic of events (apart from the upcoming Nerf Party on the 18th, of course!), but if you see me on, feel free to pop me a /tell. RP or just general chatter can ensue. :>

But he's out of jawa beer! How can you run a proper dive without any jawa beer! WUHER WHERE'S MY BEER!

There are also more crime-guild run rp towns than you can shake a dead nuna at, try finding out when they have events and just showing up.

I know! What happened with that? I stagger into Wuher's, drag myself to the bar and hope to quench my desert-parched throat with a nice Jawa Beer and.... nothing! After that, well, I'll admit it - I cried.

Thursday night - 19th May 2005 - as a followup to Keck's Nerf Party, i shall be hosting a sabacc game.

How? Texas hold'em, dealer deals only and does not play. All bets must be real credits or real items. All conversation must be in-character. Currently arranging the venue. You could either send me a PM or drop an in-game mail to Cael if you'd like an invite. Smugglers gamble. I'm just trying to make it possible.

I usually play during the evenings and weekends although not every day. I also like to RP so if you are logged in do a search for me. I have had a few really good RP experiences on Starsider.

BTW, don't go smacking the Imperials around. Used to be you just got a little fine. Now you get instantly incapped and I was first charged 5000 creds for the offense but the crooked Imp made a statement like "I don't feel that is adequate punishment maybe an additional fine would work" (not verbatim) and then charged me an additional 12,500 creds. Oh I smacked em because he stopped and did a contraband search on me (which I passed).
