Thread: Panic shot can be used at any time?

I was wondering if it was possible to use panic shot once at any time during a fight, not just in the begining? Its hard to tell if its even working with my toon...

You can use it anytime but its quite useless, Its a -15 to attack speed but it either doesnt work or -15 is not enough as it makes no difference in PvE or PvP, Even with lowblow added the delat is not even noticable. So far Reckless shot, concussion shot and restraining shot and of course last ditch are the only specials that work and only reckless shot is a viable damaging shot (cept last ditch but thats circumstansal)
