Slicing!!!

With nothing: 50% success rate

With a FAN: 75% success rate (made by...umm..slicing I or slicing II smugglers)

With a Molecular Clamp: 100% success rate (made by slicing IV smugglers)

That should clear things up.

I am finally a novice smuggler.

But i need help =). I had 7 locked containers which were looted when i started about a week ago. I tried to slice them using a precision laser knife but I was only able to open 2 of them. Is that correct? Is a smugglers (early smuggler) failure rate that high?

A friend suggested clamps. I thought nothing aided in your sucess/rate.

I need this cleared up. What is the best way to slice containers for this experience.

ALSO: Im on the flurry server. If any of you higher level players would like to help a relatively newcomer out, please email to donate some containers. I will gladly take them off your hands.
