If so what level of skill do you need ot use them?

Yep, we can use em at novice Smuggler. It scares the crap out of newbies when you tell them its going to blow and take them all with it.. Set it on follow target and watch the newbs burst run like crazy. (i was bored that day, it only happened once....honest :smileywink

Ive seen them as low as 1k a piece and as high as 6k a piece.

The Taliban MSE droids go for about 4k each. Double that for the Adv MSE ones and double again for the R3 ones.
