In Caylins absence we already have Garvin, No offense to Garv, but I already can't wait for Cay to get back. He has been the best correspondant to date, and we should not replace him.

As far as I am concerned, Caylin is welcome to stay as Corresp. as long as he wants. He puts forth a lot of effort and does a great job (and I think he does a better job than I could do). An example is the revamp threads I started. I really did not put forth most of the work on those, I just piped in on my ideas. What was posted was about 1/2 Caylin & 1/2 from the rest of the group that was working on it. Caylin ... you are awesome and I hope your sched. frees up some.
With that said, If Caylin ever decides that RL is keeping himself too busy and I was offered the position, I would accept it and try to help the Smuggler community as much as possible. I would probably need a few select people to vent to ... because when I am bothered by something I do say things that should not go everywhere

The low-star rating for Trawq ... come on guys, he is seeing that Caylin is very busy ... that we are being helped by another great Corresp. (thank you ... we do appreciate the help) but when looking towards the future, he sees a possible problem or gap and is offering a suggestion. The forward looking ability is what makes peoplesucceed.Idon't think there is a need to low-star for someone sharing an idea. Lets use the low-stars for people that really are flaming or being a poor sport. We all know who really deserves low-ratings.
An example of the forward looking thinking ... we are working hard towards a revamp that will not happen for a long time. We see the benefit of it, we understand it will take awhile ... but we are chugging a long. We (as a community) are looking towards the revamp, towards JtL, towards the future in general in both SWG & RL.
Thank you Trawq ... and don't let others get you down for the low-stars or for any other reason ... speak up ... voice your opinions.
