Okay, my original plan was to be a crazy dabbling lunatic mixture of Smuggler, Ranger, TKA, and Pistoleer.
This obviously didn't involve mastering anything. I was a Master Smuggler in the past. (I actually had 2 Smuggler characters on the same server.) I had fully intended to be a partial Smuggler until the CURB and/or hopeful future Smuggler revamp.
Reading these boards primarily, as well as remembering how much I enjoyed my Smuggler character, has inspired me to want to master again.
There's only so much trying to squeeze things out of the character builder, all involving various forms of Smuggler before I give up and realize that at heart, I'm a Smuggler first and foremost before anything, and I'm only cheating myself by not mastering the one profession I enjoyed more than anything else.
So, props to you all for this awesome community and to those of you who stuck with Master Smuggler for all this time, through thick and thin. Although sometimes it seems like it's a lot more of the "thin", we have one of the few special professions that really is a way of life, not just a set of skillboxes.

I'm thinking of being Smuggler again, I can't wait to see what the Smuggler revamp will look like.

My god, no kidding.
My troubles here is that I've gotten mixed in with TWO professions like that, and I just can't Master Ranger and Smuggler at the same time. Master Smuggler is winning the battle with Master Ranger, though. I need 11 more skillpoints, and the address of whom to bribe at SoE.
